Established in 2017, our unique journey began in 2014 when two Australian expatriates, overwhelmed by homesickness, set out to bring a taste of Melbourne to the vibrant heart of New York City. Flinders Lane, a renowned Melbourne street known for its culinary delights, hidden bars, and urban street art, served as their inspiration. Four years later, these visionary expats decided to transport their Melbourne-inspired haven to Stamford, Connecticut, captivated by the town’s exciting development and endless possibilities.
